The e-forum provides a platform for young people, advocates, programmers and donors to discuss how they might take advantage of the opportunities presented by the conference to effect policy change and discuss the framework for the policy process and how policy change happens. Ideally, participants will reflect on how they can apply the lessons from 2013 ICFP conference to influence policy change for young people.
